MarketBhai is dedicated to delivering a smooth and efficient trading experience. However, it is important to note that certain behaviours are strictly forbidden. As a user of MarketBhai, you are responsible for following these rules, and any breach may result in immediate actions such as account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, or legal proceedings if deemed necessary. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay updated with any changes.
These Terms and Conditions apply to every user of MarketBhai, and by using our services, you consent to fully comply with them.
Prohibited Activities
The use of Chakma, lines, and insider trading practices is completely forbidden. Participation in these activities will lead to suspension or permanent deactivation of your account.
Account Misuse
Sharing your login credentials or engaging in dishonest activities, including but not limited to unauthorized trades by account managers, will result in account suspension and possible fund restrictions.
Scalping
Profits earned from trades closed within 5 minutes of opening are classified as scalping. Such earnings may be removed from your account without prior warning.
VPN Restrictions
Trading while connected through a VPN is strictly forbidden. Any trades made via VPN access will be canceled.
Dividends and Bonuses
Dividends and bonuses will be credited in accordance with the guidelines issued by the relevant exchange. These terms are subject to change based on the exchange’s policies.
Cross-Account Trading
Trading from the same IP address or using multiple accounts simultaneously is prohibited. Profitable trades under such circumstances may be reversed without notice.
Negative Balance Safeguard
Your account is safeguarded from negative balances up to a threshold of 30% step-out. Should your balance exceed this limit, further measures may be implemented to correct the situation.
Order Execution
Orders will be processed according to bid/ask prices rather than the Last Traded Price (LTP). Please be aware that execution may vary depending on market conditions.
Technical Difficulties
In case of any technical glitches or issues, promptly report the problem along with your user ID. This will help us manage your open positions by closing them at the current market price (CMP).
Group Trading
Group trading is permitted only with explicit prior authorization from MarketBhai. Unauthorized group trading activities may lead to account suspension.
Payout Delays
Withdrawals may experience delays due to banking processes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.
Margin Requirements
It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient margin in your account to prevent liquidation of your positions.
Hedging Prohibition
Hedging activities are not permitted on MarketBhai. Attempts to hedge may result in restrictions or penalties on your account.
Invalid Orders
Buy stop or sell stop orders placed without an existing open position, or orders that exceed your current holdings, are invalid and will not be processed.
